how to create a text link

having spent some time reading other people’s blogs you will probably have noticed how vital the commenting boxes are, and how you can use them to attract not only the blog owners, but their readers to pay your blog a visit. writing meaningful and valid comments is key, but what also helps is if you can have a direct link back to your site with little fuss or chore for the person viewing it. here is an example:

this is called a text link, and involves a very basic form of HTML code that you can easily create and copy/paste into a comment box when you need to. here is the syntax/code:

<a href=”WEBSITE LINK”>CHOSEN TEXT</a>

copy and paste this link into a text document on your computer, and where it says WEBSITE LINK type your full blog address and where it says CHOSEN TEXT type your message, for example: My Blog Name, love from X at My Blog Name. etc. simple!
